Returns
We only accept returns in the case of:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly different from the description on our website
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photo proof of the issue.
❗️We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
- You changed your mind
- The item was used, washed, or altered
- You dislike the material or product design
- The product was purchased during a final sale or holiday promotion
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your item will be in production and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If your return or exchange request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Do not return items to the shipping label address without contacting us first

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own return label. We do not provide prepaid return labels by default.
