We provide an online platform that allows users to design and sell custom merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, etc.). We strictly prohibit the use of our service to create, upload, or sell any content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

If you believe your intellectual property has been used on our platform without authorization, please follow the steps below to report the infringement.


A. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please send a written request to our Designated Agent including all of the following:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe has been infringed, including copyright/trademark registration numbers if applicable.

  2. Detailed identification of the infringing content, including:

    • A clear explanation of how the material infringes your rights

    • The exact location (URL or product link) of the material on our website

  3. Your contact information, including:

    • Full name

    • Mailing address

    • Telephone number

    • Email address

  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use of the content is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.

  5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  6. Your electronic or physical signature

B. What We Will Do After Receiving a Valid Notice

Once we receive a complete and compliant notice:

  1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  2. We will notify the user who uploaded or posted the content.

  3. If the user is a repeat infringer, we may terminate their account in accordance with our policy.


C. How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you are a user who believes your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its previous location on our platform.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your location (or in our jurisdiction if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature

D. After Receiving a Counter-Notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may:

  • Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant

  • Restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed
