Refund and Return Policy

Kindly be informed that we produce on demand and do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately, it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not the same as our customers actually want. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases. 
 
Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
 
Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.  If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
 
**Cancellation**
 
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of placement by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Any cancellation request received after this deadline will not be approved.
 
 
**Refund/Resend**
 
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
– The product is flawed/missing items.
– You received wrong/damaged/faulty items.
– The products you received are different from the products originally represented on our site.
Please send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of the received product, along with any other detailed shots you’d like to include. We will use this information to find a replacement and prevent future mistakes. Your claim will be reviewed by our customer care staff. If accepted, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you or provide a refund.
 
 
**Refunds**
 
Once your refund request is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty days.
 
**Late or Missing Refunds:**
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first, since refunds might take some time to complete.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF:
 
– You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
– The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
– The customer does not like the material
– The customer ordered the wrong size/wrong information/wrong item and not based on our product description.
– The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
– The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied to their coupon code.
 
You will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
* Special Note:
 
All refunds/returns or complaint cases must be reviewed by our customer support team first. Cases that don’t follow our instructions will not be accepted, we can only assist you when we have sufficient evidence and we will not assist you if you return the order to the address on the package.*
