Shipping Policy

Thank you for entrusting your shipping needs to Proud US Veteran. We strive to make your shipping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Please check our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and other related issues.

Kindly be informed that we produce on demand and do not stock items. Once you order a product, the printing process starts. We need time to produce your order and wait for the logistics to pick up and ship your order.


GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Orders print and ship Monday – Friday.

  • Some items may ship separately.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order. This process often takes 10-15 working days (from Monday to Friday), so please be patient with us.


TRANSIT TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 10-20 working days (Monday to Friday).

TRACKING

When your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.


SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.


SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different areas, you must place a separate order for each shipping address.


ADDRESS CHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is processed.


CUSTOMS CHARGE AND DELAY

Some countries may require import tax, duties, and customs fees for imports. If applicable, these charges are determined and charged by your country’s Customs office. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks, which are out of our control. For more information, please get in touch with your local Customs office.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure you provide the correct address when you check out. In case you detect a mistake, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to confirm the correct address via our email: [email protected] from the placing time.

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address (because you provided the wrong address) or returned to the sender. In this case, we can only support contacting the shipping agency for more information.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.


CHANGE/CANCELLATION

Please note that orders can only be changed/canceled within 24 hours from the time of placement by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Any change/cancellation request received after this deadline will not be approved.


NOTE: If you have any problem with your order, please get in touch with us via our email [email protected] first (this is mandatory). Our customer support team will review your problem and will have the best solution for you. We won’t be responsible if customers don’t follow our instructions.
